North-side / Current zoning is R-1 [where platting is required]. Public road would have to be laid to provide ingress and egress to the property. Minimum lot size is $40,000 sf with 150' lake shore / riparian lots. South side / Current zoning is RM. This zoning requires 2.5 acres per lot minimum.
